Sam Clover (b. 1997) 🏳️🌈
Her work explores ecology, digital experiences, natural history, and speculative futures. Her characters are punchy, symbolic, and often carry dark-cute qualities. They mirror the strained, ironic ways humans encounter the natural world. Her work channels climate unease, psychological tension, and the strange comfort of the digital lens we all see through.
She began working in 3D in 2017, after years of experience in traditional media such as oil painting and ceramics. Now she specializes in creative direction, digital sculpture, character design, rigging, animation, 3D asset optimization, 3D environments, and 3D printing.Collaborations and Exhibitions
In 2025 she was lead digital sculptor + designer, and 3D print tech assistant at a fabrication studio for museums, and parks in Seattle, WA. The Ellis Island National Museum of Immigration, Milwaukee Public Museum, Death Valley National Park, and the REEF Ocean Exploration Center are a few places she helped create fabrication ready 3D sculptures for.
From 2021 to 2024 she lived in NYC, where she expanded her portfolio and collaborated with leading tech companies, musicians, and global brands. Notable projects include AR filters and mural artworks for Meta, game environments for Samsung, and creative work for Bimba Y Lola, Pepsi, EA Sports, FOX, Nike, and Charli XCX. She also worked at Burn and Broad for 6 months in 2024. Her work has been exhibited in various locations around the world, including the Grand Palais Éphémère in Paris, the Oculus at the World Trade Center in NYC, NFT Rome in Italy, the LA Art Show in Los Angeles, West Chelsea Contemporary in NYC, Berlin, Brooklyn, Denver, Montreal, and—my personal favorite—the Taj Mahal in India. For now she is back in Seattle with the intent to show my partner how beautiful the west coast is, and to spend time with family.
